Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh Long - Can Tho (Lunch,
Dinner*)
a.m Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh and bound for Vinh Long. A motor-sampan takes you along the Mekong river and follow small canals flowing sluggishly between the two banks of luxuriant vegetation. Visit a local house making rice paper, a porcelain mill and Cai Be floating market.
Lunch. Continue road to Can Tho. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 2 : Can Tho - Thot Not - Chau Doc (B, L, D*)
Breakfast. Explore another bustling floating market of Cai Rang and Phong Dien by boat then orientation tour Can Tho with visit to the Kh'mer temple. Lunch. Transfer to Thot Not, visit to the Bang Lang bird sanctuary then continue road to Chau Doc. Visit Chau Doc town on tuk-tuk. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3 : Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B*)
Early breakfast. One hour sampan trip to discover one of typical feature of Chau Doc, hundreds of floating houses with cages under water for breeding fish and encounter Phu Hiep, a Cham stilt house village with several mosques.
0900 : Boat ride to Phnom Penh (speed boat, joint basis).
*B : Breakfast, L : Lunch, D : Dinner
