Legal notes and disclaimer :

*	If positive confirmation, The Diving Center may ask for a deposit of 30% to guarantee the booking. You will receive a ' confirmation of reservation'. The electronic confirmation will have a due date deposit. You may have to pay deposit at the due date to guarantee the booking. (within 3 days).
*	The others 70% of the total amount must be prepaid 45 days prior to the date of the Service.
*	Never send credit card details by email or from unsecured websites ! Either use our Secure online payment page (SSL) or send credit card details by Fax.
*	If you have to Cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax, (Before 45 days prior to the date of the Service) After 45 days prior to the date of the Service. The 70% of the total amount can not be refund.
*	Deposit are usually non-refundable unless other notice.
