Itinerary (Ulaanbaatar - Ger Camp - Ulaanbaatar - Train journey - Beijing)

This brief encounter with Mongolia will bring you to Mongolia's capital, Ulaanbaatar, and Terelj National Park. A striking contrast in such a short period of time. Ulaanbaatar is urban whereas Terelj areas have beautiful scenery, forested mountains, steppe valleys and interesting rock formations.
This journey is suited for travelers arriving on the Trans Siberian Express from Moscow on Mondays wishing to continue to China by rail through the Gobi areas. You will be staying at one of the ger camps in Terelj National Park, in real Mongolian gers for two nights.Gers are very comfortable felt tents (yurts), comfortable like a hotel room really, fully equipped with beds, linen, a table etc. There are 3-4 beds in each.

Joint tour :
Departure from Ulaanbaatar every Monday throughout June, July, August and September.
