Itinerary (Kuala Lumpur - Taman Negara - Kuala Lumpur)
The world's oldest tropical rainforest is situated in Pahang, Malaysia. Taman Negara, translated to English simply means "National Park". Pristine and untouched, this wonder of nature hosts some millions of species of wildlife, insects and fauna. Or simply enjoy the solitude the forest has to offer away from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. This wonder of nature is easily accessible from Kuala Lumpur, thus making it a must for visitors..

Day 1

TAMAN NEGARA - KUALA LUMPUR

The adventure begins right after pick up at the pick up point. A coach and boat ride up Sungai (River) Tembeling brings you to the oldest tropical rainforest in the world, Taman Negara, which in direct translation simply means "National Park".
19.00 Hrs : Buffet Dinner served at Mutiara Restaurant.
20.45 Hrs : Video presentation on National Park at the Interpretive Centre.
21.30 Hrs : Later at night, it's time for a little stroll in the dark as we take you on the mysterious Night Jungle Walk. Then, it's time for a good night's rest to prepare you for more adventure tomorrow.

Day 2

08.00 Hrs : Buffet breakfast at the resort starts the day.
09.00 Hrs : Trekking through the canopy walk and Bukit Teresek, where picturesque trails, beautiful skies and a symphony of sounds - some insects, some animals, some trees bustling in the wind, greet you.
Optional Tour :
14.00 Hrs : Then it's off for another excursion at Lata Berkoh, which you will be brought to via boat.. Lata Berkoh is a spectacular cascade that marks the limit of easy navigability on the river. There is a deep pool below the cascade and rocky area overlooking the rapids. Take a dip in the clear waters or relax by the riverbank. After a long adventurous day, time to rest at the resort.
19.00 Hrs : Buffet Dinner served at Mutiara Restaurant.

Day 3

08.00 hrs Breakfast at the hotel
09.00 hrs We undertake cave expedition at Gua Telinga (direct translation meaning "Ear Cave"). Home of various species including Horseshoe bat, Giant Toad and Termite colonies. Experience physical darkness, illuminated by the magnificence of one of the most beautiful caves in the world. Albeit the unknown, this is one experience you will never forget. Lunch at resort. Rapid Shooting (boat & exclude Guide) at Trenggan Lodge, experience the seven major rapids (Nusa, Dua, Abai, Teras, Dedari, Panjang & Trenggan) and feel the excitement of being drenched. Dinner at the resort.

Day 4

TAMAN NEGARA - KUALA LUMPUR

08.00 Hrs : After breakfast it is time to leave the National Park and return to the civilized world.
09.00 Hrs : Transfer back to Kuala Lumpur by boat and coach is provided for to the drop off point (Crown Plaza Mutiara Kuala Lumpur) in Kuala Lumpur.
17.00 Hrs : Arrive in Kuala Lumpur city.
