KAMPOT & BOKOR 4

DAY 1 :
Phnom Penh-Kampot (Lunch, Dinner)
Leave Phnom Penh for Kampot, 160km to the south on Highway 3. On
the way visit the pre-Angkorian era temples of Tonle Bati and
Phnom Chisor as well as the provincial town of Takeo. Arrive in
Kampot around noon. Afternoon visit to the rapids and in the
late afternoon visit Kampot town, which retains much of its
former colonial charm. Strolling along the riverside and through
the town centre there are many fine old French houses still
standing. Overnight in Kampot.
DAY 2 :
Kampot - Bohor - Khep ( B,L,D )
An early start for a 4-wheel drive excursion to Bokor Hill
Station, at 1080 metres above sea level. Part of the range known as the Elephant Mountains, Bokor has a pleasantly cool climate.

Visit some of the old French colonial ruins including the former
casino, a church and a former royal residence. There are
spectacular views of the coast, before the mist rises. Afternoon transfer to Khep. Overnight in Khep.
DAY 3 :
Khep-Tonsai Island-Khep (B, L, D)
After breakfast, boat excursion to Tonsai Island for swimming or trekking. Overnight in Khep.
DAY 4 : Khep-Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
Morning at leisure. Transfer to Phnom Penh.
