Itinerary (Kota kinabalu - Pulau Tiga Island - Mud Volacano - Snake Island - Kota Kinabalu)

Just over a hundred years ago, a tiny island was formed by a volcanic eruption off of the coast of Borneo. Pulau Tiga is 10km offshore on the west coast of Sabah, to get there, you can either take a 2 hours journey from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Penyu by car, followed by a picturesque 20 minutes boat cruise to the island.

Day 1

KOTA KINABALU - PULAU TIGA ISLAND - MUD VOLCANO (-/Lunch/Diner)
Pickup from hotel in Kota Kinabalu at 0800 hrs and transfer to Kuala Penyu (aprrox. 2 hours). Then, proceed by boat to Pulau Tiga Resort by boat at 1000 hrs (approx. 45mins). Arrive Pulau Tiga Resort and check-in.

The Mud Volcanoes
- The volcanoes are now largely dormant, every few hours, gloop spatter cold mud over the surrounding vegetation. Many visitors are fascinated by this and some even spread the cold mud over their face and body.

PULAU TIGA ISLAND - SNAKE ISLAND - Kota Kinabalu (Breakfast/-/-)
Breakfast. Trip to Snake Island.
Experience a trip to Kalampunian Damit - also known as the Snake Island to catch a glimpse of the Sea Kraits in its natural habitat (accompanied by a Park Ranger)
(Other optional watersports activities at the resort Watersports centre)
departure time at 1400hrs to Kuala Penyu Jetty. Upon arrival at Kuala Penyu jetty, transfer to Kota Kinabalu. end of services
