Pick up from your hotel in Medan.
Medan short sightseeing to visit the ancient palace of Sultanate Malay Deli “ Maimoon palace and grand mosque Al-mashum.
Then drive to lake Toba, one of the deepest and largest crater lake in world passing by the scenic highland town of Berastagi.
Enroute stop at Peceren, a village with a number of traditional houses still being used where eight families live in together in each house, local fruit market, Sipiso piso waterfall and the ancient king palace of Simalungun.
Arrive in Parapat, a lake and mountain resort lies in the east shore of lake Toba across onboard to Samosir, a huge volcanic island in the middle of lake Toba.

A-day excursion to explore the natural beauty and cultural aspects of Batak tribe visiting Ambarita where the remnant megalithic culture of Batak stands in front of traditional houses.
Further visit to Simanindo to see folkdance performed by the villagers as well as children learning in school.
Before back to your hotel visit Tomok where carved statues stand in an ancient graveyard as memorial to the kings of bygone days.

08:00 hours After breakfast, depart by minivan for sightseeing city tour in Jakarta visiting Sunda Kelapa harbor, an old port with many magnificent Makassar schooners (pinisi). These brightly painted sailing ships are one of the finest sights in Jakarta and Fatahillah Square, the center of old Batavia. Then depart to to Cirebon, its on the north coast, near the border with Central Java, this multi ethnic city blends Sundanese and Javanese cultures and language, with Chinese culture thrown in for good measure.
In the afternoon youll arrive in Cirebon and following city tour visits the Kraton, is the oldest and best preserved of Cirebons Kratons. Built in 1527, its architectural style is a curious blend of Sundanese, Javanese, Islamic, Chinese and Dutch styles.

After breakfast, a full day exploring Toraja. First we will visit Lemo to see rows of Tau Tau statues and the hanging graves. Onwards to Suaya to discover the secret of the Baby Tree, Also visiting today Londa, to see an ancient grave where the deceased are entombed.
At Kete Kesu one of the oldest Torajan villages we can see Tongkonan, and old rice barns, also famous for its traditional colorful woodcarving.
Later, transfer back to Rantepao.

After breakfast we set out on a trip to Batutumonga enjoying superb views over Rantepao and surrounding valleys. Ideal for a walk along the rice fields and the daily Torajan live.

Afternoon also visiting Pallawa, Sa’dan, known as the weaving center of Rantepao.
Later, transfer back to Rantepao.
