If your reservation is confirmed, the company will require a 50% deposit. The electronic confirmation of reservation' will have a due date for your deposit and this must be paid within 2 days maximum in order to guarantee the booking. You will receive your 'confirmation of reservation normally within 48 hours (2 working days excluding weekends and national holidays ) A delay may occur up to 72 hours if a reply from the hotel is expected and also during the high season.

The remainder of your balance must be paid 15 days prior to check in date. The due date of the balance will appear on your " confirmation of reservation" .

The payments are required by an internet online payment system. At the time you process your payment you will be linked from our website to the website of the kasicorn bank where you can process payment in total safety.

We will send you your voucher by email once we have received the full payment.

If you have to Cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email . Deposit and balance payments paid are not refundable.
